Down & Dirty — An Immersive Birth Intensive

Down & Dirty is a small-group, hands-on experience designed to get you out of your head and into your body. You won’t be sitting and listening much—we’ll be moving, trying things, and figuring out what actually works for you.

What we focus on:

Movement
Learning how to use your body to create space for your baby and move through labor.

Breath
Simple, usable breathwork to help you stay with each wave.

Sound
Using sounds in a way that help your body relax and open. 

Support
Partners learn how to actually help—through touch, positioning and staying present.

What to expect:

• A small, interactive group (no spectators)
• Guided movement + position practice
• Partner-based support techniques
• A full labor-style experience (work + rest cycles)
• Real-life application—not just theory

This class is designed to complement traditional birth education—not replace it.

It’s for people who want to feel what to do, not just understand it.
